Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes- What Really Happened!

On June 28, Tom was shooting his new action movie Oblivion while he got a call from Katie that she was filing a divorce. Sources say he has been in shock since that day. On July 9, the lawyers announced that the 2 had reached a lightning fast settlement that sources say give Katie what she wanted most: primary custody of Suri. Tom will have generous visitation rights. Sources say the main reasons for the split were she didnt like her life anymore and she was worried for her safety and she doesnt want Suri to get sucked into scientology.

Inside Katie's Secret Plan:

Early June- Katie rents a new Manhattan apartment, citing security reasons. Tom thought they would both live there.

June 11- Katie goes to Beijing to promote a figure-skating tour as her inner circle begins switching out cell phones.

June 12- Tom brings Suri as his date when he receives the Friars Club Entertainment Icon Award in Manhattan. Tom mentions Katie's China trip and says he's "lucky"  to be married to her. " She had to keep everything on the down low," says a source.

June 16, Katie sees Tom for the last time in Reykjavik. Tom thought she would return for his July 3 birthday to celebrate.

End of June- Katie was still telling Tom "I love you" in phone conversations, according to sources.

June 26- Katie's dad Martin, came to NY and took control firing people in her entourage employed by Tom.

June 28- Katie called Tom and told him she was filing a divorce.
